Kay Johannes (Bub) - Manager

Kay is the person who answers the emails and  manages the schools. She has successfully completed the MSF dirtbike and street bike classes. When Alex was racing, she was the first female tech inspector for the AMA-CCS organization! Kay is featured in the book Women in Motorcycling by Suzie Hollern.

David Bub—Coach

Having been riding the dirtbikes most of his life, David decided the time was right to become a certified instructor like his dad! After completing the rigorous training in Atlanta, GA he returned to share the passion and help out the family business.

Alex Bub—Coach

Alex ran both amateur and professional motocross and dirt track in his early years. A change to roadracing his KTM 400 enduro led to the 1979 WERA 410cc National Superbike championship. Quickly following was a successful stint in AMA Professional Superbike racing. A switch to Battle of the Twins returned 5 Midwest twins championships with AMACCS and 2nd in the nation in the AMACCS Supertwins series.

In 2002, Alex joined the Superbikers 2 Super-Motard Racing Association, winning the Sport Motard Championship in 2002 and 2003 before taking time off to become certified to teach the MSF classes so that more people can enjoy the experience of off-highway riding.

Alex's day job for 33 years was as an engineer at Harley Davidson in Powertrain Development. Currently, he is devoted to teaching all manner of motorcycle and atv schools.
